王江新,男,1973年12月生,遗传学博士,深圳大学生命科学学院教授。2002年在巴黎高等师范学校(École Normale Supérieure, ENS,Paris)从事蓝藻蛋白组及生物信息学研究,2014年后分别在美国亚利桑那州大学(Arizona State University, Postdoc)做博士后,涉及微藻环境分子毒理和微藻生物能源研究;亚利桑那州大学生物设计研究所(Biodesign Institute, Assistant Research Scientist)从事系统生物学及合成生物学(Systems biology & Synthetic Biology)、单细胞基因表达分析(Single cell gene expression analysis)。共发表SCI论文53篇,总影响因子200余,H-index 18,i10-index 34(截止2016年10月),曾主持“863”及“973”项目子课题各1项,以第一发明人拥有中国专利1项,主要发明人专利6项。

2014年加入深圳大学生科和海洋科学学院,主要从事1)微藻系统生物学;2)微藻合成生物学。开发高通量的微藻基因组编辑技术,兴趣集中在生物能源及高附加值生物产品(如DHA和虾青素)以及人工合成细胞器;3)单细胞组学。研究方法涉及单细胞的获取、单细胞qRT-PCR、单细胞转录组分析,研究兴趣集中在极端海洋环境下极少数不可培养微生物资源、神经干细胞的单细胞分析、重大疾病的极少量血样biomarkers的检测以及肠道微生物宏基因组及转录组。另外,本课题组也致力于各种微藻功能性活性物质的大规模化生产提取及终端产品的研发和产业化。
