回顾丨党团师生见面会暨第二十二届学生会聘任大会The meeting of teachers and students of the Party League and the appointment meeting of the 22nd Student Union

2024年12月12日，生命与海洋科学学院党团师生见面会暨第二十二届学生会聘任大会在守慧楼会议室501召开。学院党委副书记毛斐老师、学院本科生党支部书记兼学院团委副书记黄冰婵老师、学院团委书记陆佳运老师以及学生会全体学生干部共同参会。

On December 12, 2024, the meeting of teachers and students of the Party League of College of Life and Marine Sciences and the 22nd Student Union Appointment Meeting was held in Conference Room 501 of Shouhui Building.

在会议中，各位老师对过去一年学生会所取得的成就给与了高度评价与充分认可，并就新一年度学生会的工作方向与目标进行了深入指导。

At the meeting, the teachers spoke highly of and fully recognized the achievements of the student club in the past year, and gave in-depth guidance on the work direction and goals of the Student Union in the New Year.

毛斐老师对学生会与学生会成员提出了以下三点要求：

第一，学生会应秉持守正创新的原则，既要传承往届优良工作传统，亦需勇于探索创新路径，开展创新活动。

第二，学生会要注重班团一体化。学生会成员要积极参与班级建设，促进班级有序发展。

第三，学生会成员要重视意识形态工作，引导身边同学树立正确价值观，积极传播正能量。

Ms. Maufei put forward the following three requirements for the students' Union and its members:

First, the student Union should adhere to the principle of integrity and innovation, not only to inherit the fine work traditions of the past, but also to explore innovative paths and carry out innovative activities.

Second, the student union should pay attention to the integration of classes and groups. Members of the student Union should actively participate in class construction and promote the orderly development of the class.

Third, members of the student Union should attach importance to ideological work, guide students around to establish correct values, and actively spread positive energy.

黄冰婵老师对新一届学生会提出了点两期望：

第一，学生会要坚持党与团的领导，秉持党建带团建，团建促党建的工作理念，学生会要开拓新思路，实现特色化党团融合。

第二，学生会成员要平衡学业与学生事务，学习是学生的本职，要争取品学兼优，同时也要借助学生会平台去提升与锻炼自我。

Teacher Huang Bingchan put forward two expectations for the new students' union:

First, the student Union should adhere to the leadership of the party and the league, uphold the working concept of party building leading the league building, and the league building promoting the party building, and the student Union should open up new ideas to achieve the integration of the party and the league.

Second, the members of the student Union should balance their studies and student affairs. Learning is the duty of students, and they should strive for excellence in character and study. At the same time, they should also use the platform of the student Union to improve and exercise themselves.

首先主持人罗韵桦向在座的老师们与同学们介绍了生命与海洋科学学院学生会的组织架构。

First of all, the host Luo Yunhua introduced the organizational structure of the Student Union of the College of Life and Marine Sciences to the teachers and students present.

生命与海洋科学学院学生会划分为组织部、实践部、秘书部、体育部和文娱部共五个部门。主席团直接管理各部门，各部门均设有总干事，由总干事负责统筹并领导部门干事开展日常工作。

The Student union of the College of Life and Marine Sciences is divided into five departments: Organization Department, Practice Department, Secretary Department, Sports Department and Recreation Department. The Bureau directly manages the departments, and each department has a Director General, who is responsible for coordinating and leading the daily work of the department officers.

介绍过后，学生会成员轮流进行了简洁的自我介绍，在轻松活跃的氛围中，不仅增进了成员彼此间的熟悉程度，还拉近了与老师们的距离，为后续在工作中默契协作、携手共进筑牢坚实基础。

After the introduction, the members of the student Union took turns to make a brief self-introduction, in a relaxed and active atmosphere, not only to enhance the familiarity between members, but also to narrow the distance with the teachers, for the follow-up in the work of tacit cooperation, hand in hand to build a solid foundation.

Q.秘书部总干事龙秀荣：请问各位老师，如何把学生会的工作经历应用到今后的职业工作中？

A. 陆佳运老师：在学生会工作中的收获与是否用心服务密切相关。学生会为大家提供了学习和练习的平台，帮助大家学习以后工作中需要的通用素质。同时，学生会服务工作中，大家常常遇到突发情况，处理问题时能有效提高大家的综合技能。这些通用素质和综合技能恰恰是未来职场生活中所必需的。

Q. Long Xiurong, Director General of the Secretary Department: Would you please tell me how to apply the work experience of the student Union to your future career?

A. Teacher Lu Jiayun: The harvest in the work of the student Union is closely related to whether or not to serve. The Student Union provides a platform for everyone to learn and practice, helping everyone to learn the general qualities needed in the future work. At the same time, in the service work of the student union, we often encounter unexpected situations, which can effectively improve our comprehensive skills when dealing with problems. These general qualities and comprehensive skills are exactly what will be needed in the future of work life.

Q. 实践部干事伍顺竹：请问各位老师，如何协调好学业和学生会工作之间的平衡?

A. 黄冰婵老师：在处理学习和工作的任务时，同学们要根据紧急和重要程度对任务进行排序，学会分解任务，合理安排时间，多利用碎片化时间，避免任务堆积。要意识到解决拖延最好的方法是行动，认识到工作其实是为了更好的生活。

Q. Wu Shunzhu, Director of the Practice Department: Would you please tell me how to strike a balance between studies and the work of the student union?

A. Teacher Huang Bingchan: When dealing with the task of study and work, the students should sort the task according to the urgency and importance, learn to decompose the task, arrange the time reasonably, make more use of fragmented time, and avoid the accumulation of tasks. Realize that the best solution to procrastination is action, and realize that work is really about living a better life.

陆佳运老师充分肯定了学生会成员的精神面貌，并总结强调了以下几点：

第一，学生会成员要重视意识形态工作，积极发挥引领作用，引导身边同学树立正确价值观，弘扬正能量，营造积极向上的校园文化氛围。

第二，学生会要坚持党与团的领导，秉持“党建带团建，团建促党建”的工作理念，不断探索新思路，实现特色化党团融合，推动学生会工作向更高水平发展。

第三，学生会作为服务性质的组织，其核心职能在于用心服务，所有工作均应以服务为中心，确保服务职能得到有效践行。

第四，学生会成员在自身学业应树立良好目标并保持学习成绩良好，实现学习与工作两不误。

Teacher Lu Jiayun fully affirmed the spirit of the members of the student Union, and summarized the following points:

First, members of the student Union should attach importance to ideological work, actively play a leading role, guide students around to establish correct values, promote positive energy, and create a positive campus cultural atmosphere.

Second, the student Union should adhere to the leadership of the party and the league, uphold the working concept of "Party building leads the league building, and the league building promotes the party building", constantly explore new ideas, achieve the integration of the party and the league, and promote the work of the student union to a higher level.

Third, as a service-oriented organization, the core function of the Student Union is to serve attentively, and all work should be service-oriented to ensure that the service function is effectively practiced.

Fourth, members of the student Union should set good goals in their own studies and maintain good academic performance to achieve both study and work.
