生命与海洋科学学院顺利举行2024级班委会议

为加强班级建设，提升班委工作能力，2024年11月15日，生命与海洋科学学院在守慧楼606召开2024级班委会议。学院团委书记陆佳运老师、辅导员张家洱老师、2021级海洋科学班班长林志安、2022级生物科学师范班班长刘秀庆、2024级全体班委参加了本次会议。

会议伊始，2022级生物科学师范班班长刘秀庆、2021级海洋科学班班长林志安分别向2024级班委们介绍了他们在班级管理及建设中的经验。他们强调，班委作为班级的核心力量，应团结协作，密切配合，形成一个有机的整体。要通过举办多样化的活动，增强班级凝聚力，比如，教师技能比赛，与高年级班级联谊比赛及节日活动等。同时，在活动组织过程中，班委要发挥带头作用，充分调动每一位同学的积极性，鼓励大家参与策划和执行，让大家在活动中感受到自己是班级的一份子。

At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Xiuqing, class monitor of Biological Science Teacher Class of 2022, and Lin Zhian, class monitor of Marine Science class of 2021, respectively introduced their experience in class management and construction to class committee of 2024. 随后，辅导员陆佳运老师就“思政与社会实践学分”这一重要内容进行了详细介绍。包括思政学分的构成、获取途径以及在学业中的重要性。他强调，同学们要积极参与思政课程学习、社会实践活动、志愿服务等，在这些过程中提升自己的思想政治素养，同时积累思政学分。这不仅有助于学生个人的全面发展，更是培养符合社会需求的高素质人才的重要环节。对于班委而言，要积极引导同学们重视思政学分，组织并鼓励同学们参与各类思政相关活动。

最后，辅导员张家洱老师向班委们介绍了全国大学生职业规划大赛，强调职业规划大赛对于大一新生明确未来发展方向、提升职业竞争力具有重要意义。希望班委们能在班级内做好宣传动员工作，鼓励同学们积极参与，为自己的未来发展早做规划。
