Dr. Xiubo Du obtained her PhD degree from the University of Hong Kong, at 2011. She worked as a postdoctorial fellow at CAS/Shenzhen University during 2011-2014. Since 2015, she joined the College of Life Sciences and Oceanography, Shenzhen University, as a Lecturer (2015-2018), Associate Research Fellow (2017-2019), Associate Professor (2019-now) and Research Fellow (2021-now). Dr Xiubo Du recently has focused on the pathogenesis and drug development of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and published a series of papers on TOP journals including Biomaterials, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Commun., Adv. Healthc. Mater. Her research work was financially supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Shenzhen Bureau of Science, Technology and Information. Dr Xiubo Du was awarded Shenzhen Natural Science Second Prize (2017), Shenzhen Overseas High Level Talents (2015) and Shenzhen High Level Talents (2018).
