王宇,深圳大学特聘教授,博士生导师,入选中科院、广东省、深圳市高层次人才计划。
1999-2004年,中国科学技术大学本科;
2004-2010年,哈佛大学(Harvard University)博士研究生,师从Andrew P. McMahon院士;
2010-2011年,哈佛大学博士后(Postdoctoral Fellow),师从Andrew P. McMahon院士和Lee L. Rubin教授;
2011-2014年,威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校(University of Wisconsin at Madison)莫格利奇研究院(Morgridge Institute for Research)助理研究员/访问学者(Research Associate/Visiting Scholar),师从James A. Thomson院士;
2013-2020年,中国科学院动物研究所研究员(Professor/Principle Investigator)、中国科学院大学医学院岗位教授(Adjunct Professor);
2020-今,深圳大学特聘教授(Distinguished Professor)。
主持和参加科技部国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金委重大培育项目等9项国家和省部级项目以及多项深圳市重大项目。以通讯作者为Elife、Cell Chemical Biology等国际重要学术期刊撰写点评和综述。担任Advanced Science、 Nucleic Acids Research、Theranostics、Protein & Cell等国际重要学术期刊审稿人。迄今以通讯作者或者第一作者在Advanced Science、Nucleic Acids Research、 Cancer Research、PNAS、Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids、Cell Chemical Biology (2篇)、eLife、Current Opinion in Cell Biology、ACS Chemical Biology (2篇)、Life Medicine等国际重要学术期刊发表多篇论文。持有多项涉及候选药物分子结构、化学药物诱导CRISPR系统、药物筛选技术、药物靶蛋白标记等的发明专利。其中,一项关于药物筛选技术的专利授权罗氏-基因泰克(Roche-Genentech) ,一个候选药物进入临床试验。获得生命科学领域重要国际会议Keystone Symposia奖。
二、研究领域: 王宇课题组面向癌症和退行性疾病的共性靶标以及新发传染病,专注于药物发现和药物调控合成生物学两个方向的科学研究和转化应用。主要研究方向为:1)药物和药靶的高效筛选;2)基因编辑技术的改进和新颖应用方式的开发。
