  个人简介

黄飞，男，理学博士，百人计划副教授，博士生导师。本科毕业于华中农业大学（2014年），博士毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院（2021年），获遗传学博士学位。2021年7月-2025年1月在北京大学进行博士后的工作。

主要从事植物表观调控的分子机制研究。近年来在Science、Current Opinion in Plant Biology、Plant Journal、Molecular Plant、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology等学术期刊发表论文。关于植物的线粒体三羧酸循环(TCA cycle)中的关键酶α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶复合体（KGDH）能够受光信号诱导进入细胞核，并与多种JMJs相互作用，通过代谢降解α-酮戊二酸，调节依赖α-酮戊二酸的JMJs介导的组蛋白去甲基化作用，从而影响植物的基因表达（Science， 2023）的研究成果被Science 和 JIPB专文评述， F1000推荐，并且被植物学报评选为2023年植物学领域30项重要进展。博士后期间获得北大清华生命科学联合中心（CLS）杰出博士后资助，以及2023年度北京大学优秀博士后奖
