面对繁重的学业压力和丰富多彩的生活,同学们容易在难以抉择的取舍之中逐渐积累压力,影响心理健康。

本次心理健康活动旨在让同学们在游戏中释放压力,缓解焦虑,探索内心的平静与智慧,更好的管理情绪,提升自我意识,在活动中收获乐趣,带着微笑面对生活。

Faced with heavy academic pressure and a colorful life, students are prone to accumulating pressure in difficult choices, which can affect their mental health.

The purpose of this mental health activity is to help students release stress, relieve anxiety, explore inner peace and wisdom, better manage emotions, enhance self-awareness, gain fun in the activity, and face life with a smile.

本次活动共设置六个游戏摊位,一个抽奖摊位。每参与一个游戏获得一个印章,集齐5个印章后可以在抽奖箱中抽奖,根据抽奖结果赢取相应奖品。

There are six game booths and one lottery booth set up for this event. Each game participant earns a seal, and after collecting 5 seals, they can participate in a lottery box to win corresponding prizes based on the lottery results.

1、交换笑脸:用彩笔画下笑脸,与其他人的笑脸交换。

2、心灵上上签:在签筒中抽取一根心灵上上签,每个签子对应一句激励的话语,将话语读出来,也可在空签子上写下给别人的激励的话语加入签筒。

3、自我夸夸镜:对着镜子夸赞自己,也可以把自我夸赞写下来贴到镜子边框。

4、飞行日记:每人领取A4纸,在纸上写下自己的烦恼后将纸折成纸飞机,大声喊出烦恼后,将纸飞机飞入“垃圾桶”。

5、星星小心愿:将自己的烦恼写在小纸上,将纸折成小星星,投入玻璃瓶内。

6、解压小巧手:自由diy漆扇、slime、扭扭棒、积木等等,心协成员提供指导

1. Exchange smiling faces: Draw a smiling face with a colored pen and exchange it with someone else's smiling face.

2. Soul Up Sign: Extract a soul up sign from the sign tube, with each sign corresponding to a motivational phrase. Read out the phrase, or write a motivational phrase for others on an empty sign and add it to the sign tube.

3. Self praise mirror: Praise yourself in front of the mirror, or write down your self praise and paste it on the frame of the mirror.

4. Flight Diary: Each person receives A4 paper, writes down their troubles on it, folds the paper into a paper airplane, shouts out their troubles loudly, and flies the paper airplane into the "trash can".

5. Star Little Wish: Write your troubles on small paper, fold the paper into small stars, and put them into a glass bottle.

6. Relieve stress with skillful hands: Free DIY paint fan slime、Twisting sticks, building blocks, etc., with guidance provided by members of the Heart Association.
