为进一步推动学院基层团组织建设工作，充分发挥团支书岗位职能，2024年11月8日，生命与海洋科学学院团委在守慧楼606召开团支书培训会。学院团委书记陆佳运老师、2024级团支书以及组织部全体成员参加了本次会议。

一、基础团务培训Basic mission training
会议伊始，主持人组织部干事周泉玥讲解了团支书的基本工作内容，如：团费缴纳、专题学习的开展及录入、智慧团建响应率等，以帮助2024级团支书尽快熟悉工作内容、高效地完成工作，从而更好地管理团员、组织活动，为团支部的发展注入新的活力。
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhou Quanyue, the director of the Organization Department, explained the basic work contents of the league branch secretary, such as: the payment of the league fee, the development and input of thematic learning, and the response rate of intelligent league construction, so as to help the 2024 league branch secretary get familiar with the work content as soon as possible and complete the work efficiently, so as to better manage the members and organize activities, and inject new vitality into the development of the league branch.
二、团日活动策划解析 League day activity planning analysis
周泉玥耐心阐述团日活动的相关事宜。团日活动开展前可围绕时代热点、学校育人理念并结合同学们实际需求选取团日活动主题；注重团日活动的多样性，多组织户外实践如参观红色教育基地、参与社区志愿服务等；设置互动环节，提高团员参与活动的积极性。

紧接着，她强调活动结束后团支书需收集活动策划案、活动影像资料以及同学们的心得体会、发言记录等文字资料，了解团日活动中同学们的收获与成长，为后续活动改进提供参考。

学院2023级生物科学卓越班团支书龙秀荣作为优秀团支书代表发言。她以自身经历为据，从团费缴纳、专题学习、团日活动三方面传授经验，讲述团支书工作中可能出现的问题及解决方法。她所分享的经验，对2024 级团支书而言具备重要的借鉴价值，为他们后续顺利开展团支书工作提供有力的支持。

答疑环节的气氛十分热烈。团支书结合近期工作和会议相关内容提出问题，其中既有反映团员参与度不高的情况，也有涉及活动组织形式方面的问题，还有的则提及了思政学分录入事宜。

陆佳运老师亲自为全体2024级团支书颁发纪念品。纪念品虽小，却传递着学院团委对团支书的信任与期望，也是在鼓励新一届团支书担当责任、积极奉献，在引领青年、服务青年等方面延续优良传统，为团组织的事业贡献力量。
