百千万工程|“荔”争上游——新型绿色生物技术全链条式为岭南佳果增鲜

为深入贯彻习近平总书记青年工作思想，积极响应广东省“百千万工程”行动号召，深圳大学生命与海洋科学学院“荔”争上游实践团于7月22日至7月26日开展了为期5天的科技下乡活动。

“荔”争上游——新型绿色生物技术全链条式为岭南佳果增鲜项目是在深圳大学生命与海洋科学学院团委以及学院专家教授团指导下开展的“科创赋能”型乡村振兴活动。项目致力于为荔枝产业提供从种植、收获到加工、储存以及售卖的全链条质量保障服务，确保荔枝产品的安全性和新鲜度，在使用新型技术的同时，最大化提升岭南地区荔枝特色产业的市场竞争力，助力赤坑镇乡村集体经济和乡村规划建设，从而实现乡村振兴。团队针对赤坑镇当地在冷链物流、水果保鲜、抗病虫害等方面面临的困难，提出利用新型RNA农药保障荔枝生长、用荔枝采摘机器人提高收果效率、用绿色荔枝保鲜剂“荔保一号”延长荔枝保存时间的解决方案。同时，团队还尝试通过与电商平台合作为荔枝销售提供保障。
"Li" for the upstream - The new green biotechnology full chain for Lingnan good fruit fresh project is under the guidance of the Youth League Committee of the College of Life and Marine Science of Shenzhen University and the college of experts and professors under the guidance of the "science and innovation empowerment" type rural revitalization activities. The project is committed to providing litchi industry with whole-chain quality assurance services from planting, harvesting to processing, storage and sale, ensuring the safety and freshness of litchi products, maximizing the market competitiveness of litchi characteristic industry in Lingnan region while using new technologies, and contributing to the rural collective economy and rural planning and construction of Chikeng Town, so as to achieve rural revitalization. In view of the difficulties faced by the local people in Chikeng Town in cold chain logistics, fruit preservation, disease resistance and pest resistance, the team proposed the solution of using new RNA pesticides to ensure the growth of litchi, using litchi picking robots to improve the efficiency of fruit collection, and using green litchi preservation agent "Libao No. 1" to extend the preservation time of litchi. At the same time, the team also tried to provide protection for lychee sales by cooperating with e-commerce platforms.
广东省汕尾市海丰县赤坑镇位于海丰县东南部沿海地区，地形以丘陵平原为主，耕地山林海洋资源丰富。
Chikeng Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, is located in the southeastern coastal area of Haifeng County, with hilly plains as the main terrain and abundant cultivated forest and Marine resources.
近年来，汕尾市聚焦海洋牧场大平台，以甘薯、丝苗米、荔枝、生猪等4个大宗农产品为主导产业，以陆河青梅、晨洲蚝、陂洋菠萝、莲花山茶等N个特色产品为培育重点，形成“1+4+N”的产业发展格局。其中荔枝产业作为最早的一批产业在早期带来较大效益，但近几年随着周边地区荔枝种植规模化、现代化，赤坑镇的荔枝产业与其他种植区相比产区较分散、面积较小，缺少一定的竞争力，在冷链物流、水果保鲜、抗病虫害等方面面临挑战。在诸多挑战下，汕尾市积极推进与农科院及诸多大学研究所的合作，形成技术帮扶关系；并在深圳、杭州、西安等地大力宣传特色产品（如凤山红灯笼）及优质产品，紧抓荔枝销量，积累口碑塑造品牌，不断壮大荔枝产业。

Among them, litchi industry, as the earliest batch of industries, brought great benefits in the early stage. However, in recent years, with the large-scale and modernization of litchi planting in the surrounding areas, the litchi industry in Chikeng Town is scattered and small in area compared with other growing areas, lacking certain competitiveness, and facing challenges in cold chain logistics, fruit preservation, disease resistance and pest resistance. In the face of many challenges, Shanwei actively promotes the cooperation with the Academy of Agricultural Sciences and many university research institutes to form a relationship of technical assistance; And in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Xi 'an and other places to vigorously promote characteristic products (such as Fengshan red lantern) and high-quality products, grasp litchi sales, accumulate reputation to shape the brand, and continue to grow the litchi industry.
汕尾大力推广凤山红灯笼、冰荔、仙进奉、观音绿等优良品种，推动6000余亩荔枝完成换种优化，改造果园超1.1万亩，进一步提升汕尾荔枝的品种品质。在访谈中我们得知，该种植区有妃子笑、桂味、糯米糍、凤山红灯笼等荔枝品种，其中凤山红灯笼是经当地果农选育后的优良品种，能卖到100元一斤。
Shanwei vigorously promoted Fengshan red lantern, Bingli, Xianjinfeng, Guanyin green and other excellent varieties, promoted more than 6,000 mu of lychee to complete the optimization of seed replacement, transformed the orchard over 11,000 mu, and further improved the variety quality of Shanwei lychee. In the interview, we learned that the growing area has Feizixiao, Guiwei, glutinous rice cakes, Fengshan red lantern and other litchi varieties, among which Fengshan red lantern is an excellent variety after being selected and bred by local fruit farmers, and can be sold for 100 yuan per jin.
通过进一步了解，我们发现该种植区运用到了许多先进技术。数所国内高校参与到该种植区荔枝害虫防治及植物病理治疗中，保障荔枝的生长过程。基地有一台可移动式蓄冷喷淋快速预冷装置，与大疆自动化农药喷洒无人机。
Upon further investigation, we found that many advanced technologies were used in the growing area. Several domestic universities participated in pest control and plant pathologic treatment of litchi in this planting area to ensure the growth process of litchi. The base has a mobile cold storage spray rapid precooling device, and DJI automatic pesticide spraying drones.
项目精心研发的“荔保一号（荔枝保鲜专用剂）”，作为一款纯生物制剂，不仅实现了荔枝的高效保鲜，更确保了产品的安全食品级标准，完美契合绿色生态的保鲜理念。其使用方法极为简便，仅需将“荔保一号”溶解于水中，随后让荔枝在溶液中短暂浸泡一分钟，即可轻松达成保鲜效果，操作简便快捷，有效提升了保鲜效率。

在中共深圳对口帮扶协作汕尾指挥部委员会，团队与汕尾市商务局负责人讨论汕尾市区域内电商平台“帮卖网”的落地事宜。希望以此更加紧密上下游产业链，帮助果农增加流量，扩大销路。

The team conducted preliminary cooperation with Haifeng Branch of Shenzhen Xinying Technology Co., Ltd. to provide green agricultural technology and whole-chain industry guidance for the planting area. The company will conduct comparative experiments on the products provided by our team and other products to test their fresh-keeping effect, and timely feedback the results to the team, which is conducive to product iteration.
