2024年9月6日下午，深圳大学生命与海洋科学学院与汕头大学理学院的学生代表在汕头大学至诚书院举行了一场学生活动交流分享会议。此次会议旨在加强两院学生会与研究生会之间的沟通与合作，促进学术、科研、学生事务等多方面的经验分享，共同探讨未来发展的新机遇。
On the afternoon of September 6, 2024, student representatives from the School of Life and Ocean Sciences of Shenzhen University and the School of Science of Shantou University held a student activity exchange and sharing meeting in Zhicheng Academy of Shantou University. The conference aims to strengthen communication and cooperation between the students' Union and the Graduate Student Union of the two houses, promote the sharing of experience in academic, scientific research, student affairs and other aspects, and jointly explore new opportunities for future development.

The meeting kicked off in the conference room of Zhicheng College of Shantou University. 汕头大学理学院团委副书记蓝纯老师介绍了本科生学生会成立历史和工作情况，从志愿服务到社会实践，共同策划组织了多场精彩纷呈的活动，不仅丰富了同学们的课余生活，更促进了综合素质的全面提升。

深圳大学生科院前学生会成员赵文钰介绍了本科学生会组织的组织架构和活动开展情况。

辅导员张家洱老师介绍了学院iGEM团队，ATP青讲团和观鸟学会。iGEM团队由本科生组成，主要参加国际基因工程机器大赛，斩获奖项丰富。ATP青讲团是生科院创立的教学实践社团，组织内会定期进行专业化培训以及开展课堂风格训练营，目前主要与深圳中小学和社区合作，该团队积极响应国家加强科学技术普及工作的号召，努力营造热爱科学、崇尚创新的社会氛围。深圳大学观鸟学会诞生于2012年，作为自然观察类社团，利用学业之余观察校园里的常见鸟类，每周在校内或深圳各大公园开展一次，并会定期举办科普活动以及夜观活动。

Currently, it mainly cooperates with primary and secondary schools and communities in Shenzhen. The Birding Society of Shenzhen University was founded in 2012. As a nature observation society, it observes common birds on campus in spare time. It is held once a week on campus or in major parks in Shenzhen, and regularly holds science popularization activities and night observation activities.
深圳大学生科院志愿者协会会长卢丁林介绍了志愿者协会的情况。生科志协与深圳市内其他高校共同联合举办深蓝义卖活动；与校外斯巴达赛事举办团队等联系开展赛事；此外，还定期联合社区服务中心开展社区青讲课堂活动。
Lu Dinglin, President of Shenzhen University Volunteers Association, introduced the situation of the Volunteer association. 深圳大学研究生会主席关斌介绍了如何通过学术论坛、实践活动等平台为学生提供更多的学习与展示机会，如荔研论坛、生科论坛、篮球体育赛事和Running Master等活动。
Guan Bin, Chairman of the Graduate Student Association of Shenzhen University, introduced how to provide students with more learning and display opportunities through academic forums and practical activities, such as Liresearch Forum, student Science forum, basketball sports events and Running Master activities.
在双方代表分享后，进入了互相交流环节，汕大理学院学生代表们与生科代表们对于如何组织和开展各个学科间的学术交流进行了探讨；深圳大学生科院学生会向汕头大学理学院汲取组织学生活动的经验；双方学生代表就学生参与活动的积极性和传统活动进行创新展开了探讨交流。
